Our programs run by age: Ninjas (ages 3 to 4), Eagles (ages 5 to 6), Warriors Basic and Advanced (ages 7 to 12), and Teens & Adults (13+) in Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and MMA. Kids classes start at 3:30 PM on weekdays, timed for after school pickup. See the full schedule.
