Many of our students are children. We take protecting their privacy very seriously and follow the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Here is exactly how it works in plain language:
- Children should not sign up themselves. Our forms are meant for a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
- A parent provides the child's details. When you book a trial or register, any information about a child (such as first name and age) is entered by the parent or guardian — not the child.
- We only use it to run classes. A child's information is used solely to schedule classes, keep your child safe, and contact you (the parent). We never sell it, never rent it, and never use it for online advertising or marketing to children.
- You are always in control. As a parent or guardian you can review, correct, or delete your child's information at any time. Just email senseimaria27@gmail.com or call (754) 366-1425 and we will take care of it.
- If a child contacted us by mistake without a parent, and we learn of it, we will delete that information promptly.
