Maria Bacchetta is a dedicated martial arts instructor with years of experience in Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and MMA. She founded Xcel Martial Arts to create a safe, empowering environment where children and teens build confidence, discipline, and self-defense skills. Maria's passion for teaching shines through every class as she guides students from their very first lesson to advanced competition readiness.

Ninjas
Ages 3–4
An introduction to movement, coordination, and basic martial arts concepts through fun, age-appropriate drills and games.

Ages 5–6
Students learn foundational strikes, blocks, and stances while developing teamwork and body awareness.

Warriors Basic
Ages 7–12 (W, Y, O Belts)
Structured training in kickboxing and martial arts fundamentals for beginners working toward their first belt promotions.

Ages 7–12 (Purple+ Belts)
