Whether you want to get in shape, relieve stress, or learn to defend yourself, Xcel Martial Arts in Boca Raton has a program built for adults. Our all-ranks class runs Monday through Thursday at 7:00 PM and Fridays at 5:45 PM, so it fits around a full workday. Beginners and experienced martial artists train side by side under the guidance of instructor Maria Bacchetta.

You'll train kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA fundamentals, and practical self-defense. Every class is a full-body workout that also teaches you real skill. It's not just cardio, but technique you can actually use.

What to Expect in Your First Class

Come in comfortable athletic clothes, with no gear required for your free trial. You'll warm up, learn fundamental striking technique, work the pads and bags, and finish with conditioning. The coach meets you where you are, so there's no pressure and nothing to be intimidated by. Most adults are surprised by how quickly they pick it up and how good they feel afterward.

Adult Class Schedule & Private Sessions

The all-ranks teens and adults class meets Monday through Thursday at 7:00 PM and Fridays at 5:45 PM. 1-on-1 private sessions are available by request for personalized training or faster progress, and morning classes are available upon request.
