At Xcel, we teach these techniques in a structured, age-appropriate curriculum that develops striking power, defensive skills, and full-body conditioning. Whether your child is 3 years old or you're an adult looking for an intense workout, our Muay Thai program delivers results.

What You'll Learn in Muay Thai at Xcel

• Striking fundamentals — jab, cross, hook, uppercut, and elbow combinations
• Kicks — roundhouse, teep (push kick), and switch kicks
• Knees & clinch — knee strikes, plum clinch control, and sweeps
