Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed enrollment. We'll contact you to confirm availability, class times, and details. Class schedules and programs may change. Free trial offers are for new students and may be limited.

Martial arts is a physical activity. Before participating in classes, students (or a parent/guardian for minors) will be asked to complete an in-person waiver and assumption-of-risk form. Always follow instructor guidance and safety rules. This website does not replace that in-person paperwork.

How we handle the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy, including our commitment to protecting children's privacy. Forms should be completed by an adult (a parent or legal guardian for any information about a child).
