Yes. Classes are small and closely supervised by instructor Maria Bacchetta. Beginners work on fundamentals, footwork, and control. Sparring only enters the picture in Warriors Advanced, for experienced kids at purple belt and up.

What is the right age to start?

Ninjas welcomes kids at age 3 with movement and coordination games. If your child is 5 or 6, Eagles is the entry point, and 7 to 12 year olds start in Warriors Basic.

Can classes fit around school and other activities?

Yes. Weekday kids classes start as early as 3:30 PM and run in age blocks through the afternoon, so most Boca Grove families find a slot that fits right after pickup and still leaves the evening free.
