What is the right age to start martial arts?

Kids can start as young as 3. Ninjas serves ages 3 to 4 with games that build coordination, and Eagles serves ages 5 to 6. Kids 7 to 12 thrive in Warriors too. It is never too late to begin.

How does the free trial work?

Just bring your child to a class for their age group. They take the full class free, you watch, and there is no commitment and no pressure afterward.

Will classes fit our after school schedule?

Yes. Monday to Thursday classes run from 3:30 PM for Ninjas through 6:00 PM for Warriors Advanced, and Friday has afternoon slots too, so pickup to mat is a smooth handoff.

My child has never done a sport. Is that okay?

Completely. Classes are small, so beginners get direct coaching from day one, and nobody spars until they reach Warriors Advanced at purple belt and up. Kids start at their own level and build from there.
