Our youngest students in the Ninjas class (ages 3 to 4) build coordination and listening skills through age-appropriate movement games. Eagles (ages 5 to 6) begin learning basic striking and self-control. Warriors Basic and Warriors Advanced (ages 7 to 12) develop real martial arts foundations alongside character lessons on perseverance and kindness. Every child is seen and encouraged because our class sizes stay intentionally small.

Bullying is a real concern for families in every Palm Beach County community, and our anti-bullying focus is woven into every class we teach. Children learn how to set boundaries, speak up for themselves and others, and walk away from conflict when possible and defend themselves when necessary.
