Margate sits in central Broward County, and the route south to Xcel is consistent: Turnpike or I-95 to Glades Road, then west to Boca Hamptons Plaza in about 25 minutes. The studio is easy to find off Lyons Road near Kimberly Blvd, and the parking at Boca Hamptons Plaza is simple and free.

Directions: From Margate, take the Florida's Turnpike or I-95 south to Glades Road, then head west on Glades Road to Lyons Road. Turn south on Lyons Road and the studio is just ahead in Boca Hamptons Plaza on Kimberly Blvd.
