Not even close. We have students who started in their 40s, 50s, and beyond. Instructor Maria adapts the training to your current fitness level and builds you up progressively. The goal is long-term skill and health, not turning you into a competitor overnight.

What kind of self-defense situations does the program address?

We focus on practical, real-world awareness and response: how to recognize and avoid threatening situations, how to create distance and escape, and what effective striking looks like when the situation calls for it. The curriculum is grounded in reality, not movie choreography.

I live in the Camino Real area and travel frequently for work. Can I still maintain a regular training schedule?

Many of our East Boca Raton students have similar schedules. We offer flexible weekday class times and welcome you to attend when you can. Consistent progress happens even with a slightly variable schedule when the instruction quality is high and the class size stays small.
