3.    Expand hand, step in with left turning body perpendicular while pulling your left into your body (put your elbow where your wrist was), slide rear foot in while elbowing with left (reinforced), keyop

4.    Palm strike face with right (stepping in w/right), step back with right to release grab, front kick to groin with right. Keyop
