Self Defense

against wrist grab 

1.   Step with right foot (45 deg. away from attacker), palm strike attackers wrist with right hand, bring right back up to block, then middle punch with left, keyop

2.   Step with right foot (45 deg. away from attacker), palm strike attackers wrist with right hand and in one motion, same hand, knife hand to attacker’s neck with downward angle strike, keyop.
