Self defense  (Green stripe)
All curriculum has been abbreviated. You must learn in class first, this is only to serve as a reminder.
Students should know how to do all self defense techniques from a right AND a left attack. 


1.  Wrist grab (2 on 1): palm strike face, grab your fist and pull upward to release, lead side kick, keyop
2.  Double wrist grab (2 on 2): step back and wrap your hands around attacker's and push toward their belt. keyop
3.  Wrist release: same side grab: peel attacker's hand off, by grabbing ‘meat’ of hand, place your thumbs on back of hand, twist and push, stepping back. keyop
4.  Against bear hug: side step, drop, raise elbows, knife hand to groin, wrap arm (high and tight) and knife hand to neck with while stepping in front. keyop

Kicking Combination (Red stripe)
Start with right leg back fighting stance, do once, then left leg back, do again.

1. Rear leg front kick, rear leg round house, rear leg front kick, rear leg round house, double punch, keyop
2. Rear leg round house, slide round house, rear leg round house, slide round house, double punch, keyop.
3. Rear leg round house, rear leg round house, back kick, rear leg round house, double punch, keyop.
