Taequek Il Jang (1)

Turn left-Left low block, left walking stance

Step forward, Right middle punch, right walking stance

Turn 180 to right-Right low block, right walking stance

Step forward, Left middle punch, left walking stance

Turn 90 to left-Left low block, left front stance

Then Right middle punch (no step)

Bring back foot up, Face to right-Left inward middle block, right walking stance

Step forward, Right middle punch, left walking stance

Turn 180 to left-Right inward middle block, left walking stance

Step forward, Left middle punch, right walking stance

Right foot to the right -Right low block, right front stance

Then Left middle punch (no step)

Bring back foot up, face left-Left high block, left walking stance

Right front kick

Right middle punch, right walking stance

Turn 180 to right-Right high block, right walking stance

Left front kick

Left middle punch, left walking stance

Front foot to right-Left low block, left front stance

Step forward, Right middle punch, right front stance (Kihup)

Turn 180 to left-Joonbe
