  1. Turn to the left, low block left
  2. Step forward, middle punch right
  3. Turn 180 to right – low block right
  4. Step forward, middle punch left
  5. Turn 90 left, low block left
  6. Step forward, middle punch right
  7. Step forward, middle punch left
  8. Step forward, middle punch right, kihap
  9. Turn 270 to left, low block left
  10. Step forward, middle punch right
  11. Turn 180 right, low block right
  12. Step forward, middle punch left
  13. Turn 90 left – low block left
  14. Step forward, middle punch right
  15. Step forward, middle punch left
  16. Step forward, middle punch right, kihap
  17. Turn 270 left, low block left
