I understand that Martial Arts Training has physical risks. I agree to waive all claims against any person or organization connected with said training for injuries I/my child may sustain and assume full responsiblitiy for all my actions in connections with said training. I understand there are rules and regulations associated with said training and I will abide by said rules and regulations. I also understand that any pictures and videotape of me participating in said training may be used for publicity without compensation.
