Ready position

  1. To the left, back stance, single middle fist block left
  2. Bring feet together, scissor block (end right hand down)
  3. Turn back, back stance, single middle fist block right
  4. Bring feet together, scissor block (end left hand down)
  5. Turn left, front stance, reinforced middle block left
  6. Step forward, front stance, spear hand right
  7. Turning backwards, hammer fist left, horse stance
  8. Step forward, front stance, right middle punch, keyop
  9. Slow turn to left, hands on hips
  10. Right crescent kick, right elbow, back fist, horse stance
  11. Left crescent kick, left elbow, back fist, horse stance
  12. Right crescent kick, right elbow, back fist, horse stance
  13. Step forward, front stance, middle punch left
  14. Slowly bring right foot up into horse stance
  15. Turn back, chamber left hand, punch over shoulder right, horse stance
  16. Skip to right, chamber right hand, punch over shoulder left, horse stance, keyop
