Ready position

  1. to left, horse stance, double knife hand block
  2. to right, horse stance, double knife hand block
  3. turn to middle, front stance, X block low
  4. step forward, back stance, reinforced middle block right
  5. looking  left, crane stance, chamber hands on right, left side kick
  6. drop to front stance, right elbow
  7. turn back to right, chamber hand left then right, crane stance, right side kick
  8. drop to front stance, left elbow
  9. to the right, left front stance, knife hand strike right with knife hand high block left
  10. right front kick
  11. land in cross stance with left leg behind, right middle fist block, keyop
  12. big turn (angle), front stance, wedge block
  13. right front kick, double punch, front stance
  14. turn back (angle), front stance, wedge block
  15. left front kick, double punch, front stance
  16. facing back up middle, back stance reinforced left middle fist block
  17. step forward, back stance, right middle fist block
  18. step forward, back stance, left middle fist block then neck grab
  19. hands pull down to knee strike, keyop
  20. turning back, back stance, left middle knife hand block
  21. step angle to right, back stance, right middle knife hand block
