Ready position

  1. To left, back stance, middle fist block left, cross punch right
  2. To right, chamber hands on right feet together
  3. Step to back stance, middle fist block right, cross punch left
  4. Up middle, chamber hands on left
  5. Step to right front stance, reinforced middle fist block right
  6. Step forward, front stance, X block low then high
  7. Step to front stance, knife hand strike left, right middle punch, keyop
  8. Turn back crescent kick right to horse stance low block right
  9. Face left, open back hand left, crescent kick to hand
  10. Drop to horse stance, right elbow
  11. Facing right, cross stance, right reinforced middle fist block
  12. Facing left, lift left foot and step out to cat stance
  13. Jump to crouching cross stance, low X block, keyop
  14. Step into right front stance, reinforced middle fist block
  15. Turn back left front stance, knife hand low and pull back
  16. Back stance, low block left, middle fist block right behind
  17. Feet together, low block left, middle fist block right behind
  18. Turn around in cross stance, mountain block
  19. Step out into right front stance, knife hand low and pull back
