Ready position

  1. Turn left, diamond fist block, back stance
  2. Upper cut right, bring left foot to right knee, chamber hands, step into horse stance, side punch left
  3. Turn around, diamond fist block, back stance
  4. Upper cut left, bring right foot to left knee, chamber hands, step into horse stance, side punch right
  5. Moving left foot, turn stance towards back, keeping punch extended, side kick right
  6. Turn toward front, double knife hand middle left, back stance
  7. Step forward, double knife hand middle right, back stance
  8. Step forward, double knife hand middle left, back stance
  9. Step forward, spear hand right, front stance, keyop
  10. Big turn, double knife hand middle left, back stance
