  1. Left foot front-back stance; double fist block
  2. Left front stance; right middle punch
  3. Jump front kick; keyop; left front stance; right inward middle fist block
  4. Double punch in place
  5. Stepping forward right front stance; right middle punch
  6. Turning around single mountain block right (“side” front stance)
  7. Left front stance; right upper cut
  8. Step left foot behind into “side” front stance; left single mountain block
  9. Right front stance; left upper cut
  10. Turning left 270 deg. Back stance double knife hand block
  11. Left front stance; right middle punch
  12. Right front kick step back into right back stance; right palm block
  13. To your left; double knife hand block; left back stance
  14. Left front kick
  15. Left front stance; right middle punch
  16. Back to left cat stance; left palm block
  17. Turn around right back stance; double knife hand block
  18. Right front kick
  19. Right front stance; left middle punch
  20. Back to right cat stance; right palm block
  21. Turn right 90 deg. Back stance double fist block low
  22. Left front kick
  23. Right pop up front kick land right front stance; right inside fist block
  24. Left middle punch
