Jin Do

  1. Right foot back into back stance, X block high (right hand on top)
  2. Wrap hands around into right chamber/left knife hand while moving into front stance, then high punch right.
  3. Turning 180 to left – right crescent kick drop into horse stance, low block right
  4. Face front-front stance, x block high (right on top), x block low (right on top)
  5. Jump front kick left, x block low (right on top)
  6. Turn 180 to right – front stance left foot front, x block low
  7. Turn to front with double fist block back stance
  8. Step forward back stance, double knife hand (rev) (palm facing in)
  9. Step forward double knife chop, front stance
  10. Turn to left, horse stance, double palm block up, slowly change to double fist block down
  11. Face back, back stance low/high block (low left/high right)
  12. Step forward, back stance low/high block (low right/high left)
  13.  Turning backward, end facing same direction, back stance low/high block (low left/high right)
  14. Step right foot back facing your right, x block low front stance
  15. Back foot steps up to horse stance, double open palm block, move slow into double fist block low
  16. Right & left fist on belt – right elbow then left elbow
  17. Turn on right foot to the right 180 – left foot up crane stance, double fist block (out/in)
  18. Move into low/high block (left low/right high)
  19. Turn to front, foot still up chamber on right, left front kick
  20. Step forward to right foot forward front stance, right middle punch
  21. Right foot comes back into crane stance, right foot up, low/high block (left high/right low)
  22. Turn to front, still in stance, chamber on left, right front kick
  23. Right foot forward front stance left punch
  24. Turn on right foot into left foot up crane stance, high/low block (right high/left low)
  25. Turn to back chamber right, left front kick, right punch
  26. Turning back to front – back stance, single knife hand then punch hand
  27. Drop hands to right chamber, horse stance, small hand change to left chamber
  28. Turn on right foot – big arm swing to chamber on right, crane stance left foot up facing back
  29. Left front kick, step into horse stance side punch, keyop
