For each weeknight Xcel Boot Camp class you take you earn 20 points
For each Saturday morning Conditioning class you earn 35 points
Other ways to earn points:
Weight loss: 5 points for every pound lost (minus points for weight gained)
For weight loss points, you must weigh in your first day and then do monthly weigh ins
Nutrition log: 5 point earn daily for proper nutrition
