Monday and Wednesdays  6:30 to 7:30 pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays   7:30 to 8:30 pm
Saturdays                      10:00 to 12:00  (outside in nice weather, Sat only)

 

Intense, challenging, and fun group exercise offered 5 days a week, come as often as you like.

One hour classes 

Specifically designed workouts that can accommodate a wide variety of fitness levels. Just do what you can if you're a beginner. The more advanced you are- challenge yourself to get more done in less time. Always progress, never regress.  

   Equipment that challenges all the muscles of the body. Kettlebells,  resistance bands, medicine balls, body bars, kick bags, and much more

   All facets of fitness included in each class. Fat loss, strength, flexibility, conditioning, power, endurance, muscle tone, mobility.

Full body, interval type training. The absolute best for weight loss, fat loss and strength

gains. Get in shape faster, lose weight quicker, feel more energetic and healthier.

Nutrition tips and advice.

Enjoy meeting new people, make new friends with similar goals in a Fun, cooperative, team-like atmosphere.

Not a military style fitness bootcamp. We will not yell at you. Laid back feeling, conducive to constant progress.
