What is Boot Camp?

 It is a specially designed full body, stamina 
 building workout. Xcel's Boot Camp has a wide variety of platforms to prevent your body from adapting and hitting a plateau. Many programs focus on repetitive motion and many see results, at first, but then the body adapts and you have to work harder to get the same results.  With our Boot Camp we keep the body at its top performance and keep your routine interesting.

 Xcel's Boot Camp will build your stamina, burn fat and tone your body.  You will work with a Certified Personal Trainer on tracking your progress and changing your lifestyle to maintain your new found health. It is now within your reach to have the tone, sculpted body you always wanted.

Xcel's Boot Camp is an intense, challenging, and fun group exercise offered 5 days a week, come as often as you like.

Classes are a full motivating hour.  

Xcel's Boot Camp has specifically designed workouts that can accommodate a wide variety of fitness levels. Just do what you can if you're a beginner. Trainer will motivate more advanced students to challenge themselves to get more done in less time. Always progress, never regress!
