Class Descriptions

Tiny Tigers - Age 4 to 5 yrs

  • This age group loves to join in but are not ready for structured martial arts classes.
  • At this age children learn very quickly. We will take the time to teach these children to listen and follow instruction while they build coordination and balance through fun activities.
  • These students also learn self control.
  • We work at the individual student's level. When a student is ready, he/she will move into the Lil' Panthers program to learn basic martial arts techniques.

Lil' Panthers - Age 6 to 7 yrs

  • We offer a variety of age appropriate Skill Drills to help build coordination, self control and self confidence.
  • The Lil' Panthers program is designed as an introduction to the martial arts teaching the basic moves and concentration tools.
    These students will move into the Jr. Cougars group when focus and discipline has been achieved.
  • This class is designed so that the younger children do not feel overwhelmed and are more likely to enjoy what they are learning.

Jr.  Cougars - Age 8 to 14 yrs

  • The Jr. Cougars students enjoy a wide variety of skill building drills while learning self defense.
  • These students will build coordination and focus.
  • Children involved in the martial arts on average have better grades in school and are much less likely to have disciplinary problems.
  • At this age children may have to endure bullies. Martial arts training gives them self-confidence and are far less likely to be bullied.  

Adult Tkd - Age 15 yrs thru adult

  • This age group tends to already have focus, these students will enjoy more physical activity focusing on speed, coordination and stamina while learning self defense.
  • Teenagers will have a positive place to 'hangout' and stay out of trouble, while building their self-confidence and having the power to say No.
  • Teens will have happier, healthier lives with daily physical activity.
  • Adult students benefit from the relief from their daily stress.
  • Physical activity will reduce the risk of heart disease.
  • Adult students feel better and have more confidence in life when adding martial arts training to the weekly activities.

 

 

 

Fitness Boot Camp

  • You want to get fit, you don't have the discipline to do so. Come see us.

  • Taught by a AFPA Certified Personal Trainer.
