Xcel is a family owned and operated 
school, understanding a family's need for quality time. Martial arts training is a really great family activity. Families who train together build a much stronger bond because of the time they spend learning and practicing together and supporting each other.
Xcel is a true martial arts school where students learn self defense with respect and discipline. Respect is taught for ones-self, parents, adults, other schools . . . Everyone! Discipline is taught to control ones body, actions and words.
You can prevent your child from being bullied by enrolling them in martial arts. (You can also prevent your child from becoming a bully.)
Our experienced, highly qualified and caring instructors teach traditional Martial Arts while offering the opportunity for sport competition for those interested. Our instructors are very passionate about the art and passionate about passing on the knowledge.
All of our classes focus on Discipline and Respect.
